Joyce Jones, NHA, RHIT has been working in the field of health care for 20+ years and provides leadership and guidance to maintain the facility’s daily operations, fiscal soundness, as well as compliance with all state and federal regulations. A graduate of Central Pennsylvania College, she obtained her PA NHA license in May, 1999, her MD NHA license in Feb, 2005 and her MD Preceptor certification in Feb, 2007. Joyce also holds her RHIT certification with the American Health Information Management Association since 1984 and is active in PANPHA and the Education Committee of CEN PANPHA.

Leslie strives to maintain Woodland Retirement Community’s positive public image by providing quality, compassionate service to residents and their families as they complete the admission process and throughout their stay. Leslie is responsible for providing accurate information to residents and staff for both the skilled nursing facility and the Independent Living apartments to help guide residents and their families to promote an informed and pleasing transition.

Tracy and the entire professional nursing staff at Woodland Retirement Community strive to make a positive difference in each resident’s life while providing the best skilled nursing service.

Carrie manages Woodland Retirement Community’s Rehabilitation Department, which offers physical, occupational and speech therapy. She coordinates, monitors and manages the care of residents and the rehabilitation team as they strive to successfully meet each resident’s treatment goals.

Allyson uses her twelve years of experience at Woodland Retirement Community to provide residents with recreational, physical, spiritual, cognitive and social stimulation. Allyson manages the Activity Department, which offers activities designed in cooperation with personal care services and based on each resident’s interests and ability to participate.
